Refund policy

At Theertha, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. As our products are food items, returns are limited to specific situations to ensure product safety and hygiene.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery

  • The product received is incorrect

  • The package appears tampered with upon delivery

Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To initiate a return request, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preferences

  • Opened or used products

Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped, or

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
